Requirements:
Current license by the PT Section of the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board. One year experience in out patient or in patient settings. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment. Must be able to life and transfer patients up to 150 pounds. AHA BLS required.
