Requirements:
Requirements include a Bachelors of Science, 1 year of experience, and a current license or is a licensure applicant by the OT section of the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board. Will be competent in the professional duties of patient evaluations and all assessments, treatments, note writing and patient/family education to all age groups. Must be able to lift and transfer patients up to 150#. Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
